1. What we ask you for

The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form. It requests:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or brand name
• The project details you choose to write

You decide what to put in that last field. Please do not send confidential material through it.

2. Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your inquiry, understand what you need, and prepare an accurate proposal. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your details to anyone.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of your visit. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

4. Who else sees it

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the technical request data every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve pages and defend against abuse. We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox, so your message passes through their systems on the way to us. Beyond those two providers, contact details you send us stay with the MRZ Media team.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our normal business records. If a conversation does not lead to a project, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

6. Your choices

• Access: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion: ask us to erase your details from our records.

Email us and we will action it. We will not ask you to justify the request.

7. Changes to this policy

If what we collect changes, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live.
